From 2005 to 2018, D&G Machinery has installed more than 600 sets asphalt plants around the world. However, few achievements in Shanxi (Northeast province in China) due to low-end market demands. The demands are improving with times go by. In 2018, D&G successfully installed a DGE3000D eco-friendly asphalt mixing plant in Shanxi province. Since then, the story is started. This equipment has produced more than 100,000 tons’ hot mixture till 2020 without any accidents. Customer is very satisfied with the machine’s performance, since then, the ties between D&G Machinery and Shanxi is built up.

A company in southern Shanxi with keen vision predicted that the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) would have excellent prospect market in 2019. In this case they were looking for a qualified supplier of asphalt mixing plant which can incorporate mixture with RAP. This customer request high end brand, good quality, full time service... everything should be first-class. Finally, this customer was glad to find out D&G Machinery during the comparative observation and get contact with us on their own initiative. After deep communication and negotiation, they decide to purchase a Monoblock asphalt recycling plant with eco-friendly configuration-DGRE4000D-at the end of July 2019. This is the first Monoblock asphalt recycling plant of D&G Machinery in Shanxi.

Since then, a growing number of Shanxi customers have been familiar with D&G Machinery and recognized this brand. Recently, D&G Machinery settled one more DG5000 asphalt mixing plant at there, which will serve for municipal road maintenance and have received strong repercussion once settled in.
