Two DG5000D Asphalt Mixing Plants of D&G Machinery Applied to Highway with the Highest Average Altitude in the World

In December 2018, two DG5000D asphalt mixing plants designed and manufactured by D&G Machinery were officially put into production. After three years of construction with D&G Machinery’s equipment, Nala expressway is ready for traffic recently.

The DG5000D asphalt mixing equipment has a maximum production capacity of 400t/h with a mixer of 5500kg. The production capacity of the equipment has been fully utilized and the production efficiency has been improved. The batch asphalt mixing plant has obvious technical advantages such as simple and flexible supporting, mature and reliable production process, excellent quality and controllable finished materials. 

Due to harsh conditions, including the severe cold, high altitude, frozen soil, valley gale and others, the general construction period is tight and difficult. However, after using the asphalt mixing equipment of D&G Machinery the difficulty in production has got the very good solution, and the construction of the entire project is now smoother. One of them is located in the work area with an altitude of 4260 meters, the average daily output of a single equipment is 3000 tons, and the highest output is 400 tons per hour. The other one is located in the work area with an altitude of 4600m, with a maximum output of 360 tons per hour.

Currently more than the expected output of 820000 tons’ mixture has been produced with our equipment.
