This hot rap counter-flow asphalt mixing plant is commissioned and put into trial production for the first time at Langfang City, Hebei Province, China, and the RAP discharge temperature is as high as 160°C or above.

The DGXR5000-CF hot rap counter flow asphalt mixing plant adopts an integrated design, abandoning the traditional idea of patchwork "regeneration functions", and has a larger main building work space. The independently developed hot blast stove and recycled material drying drum can ensure a lower exhaust gas emission temperature, while improving heat exchange efficiency. Hot air circulation heating improves energy efficiency. The hot air countercurrent heating method can avoid direct contact between the recycled old material (RAP) and the burner flame and direct radiation to the recycled material (RAP), thereby limiting the recycling of old material (RAP). The temperature rises sharply, and the recycled old material (RAP) can be slowly heated to a higher discharge temperature, so that a larger proportion of recycled mixture can be produced without the need for over-temperature heating of new aggregate. The recycled materials are heated indirectly to effectively prevent asphalt from aging and volatilizing. Among them, the blade arrangement is compared with the downstream type regeneration drying drum, the material curtain area is lengthened, and the mechanical structure is improved and optimized, so that the recycled material can heat up more gently, thereby reducing the heating aging of the recycled material.

The mixer is installed in the center of the "integrated" equipment, and the recycled materials can enter the mixer directly from the regeneration scale. There is no inclined chute design that is easy for materials to stick; The new generation patented technology of the regeneration drum has an anti-adhesion "self-cleaning" function, which reduces the adhesion of the regeneration drum and extends the manual cleaning cycle. It is equipped with a large-scale regeneration drum and hot air furnace system, which makes the temperature control more reliable and the heating more uniform. The use of adjusting dampers to control the distribution of flue gas volume makes the flue gas treatment of the asphalt mixing plant simple and smooth, reduces the use cost, and has significant economic benefits.
